Wine Racks

March 7, 2008

With all the reality tv shows being aired today, there is one that I really like to watch.  It is that show, which picks a worthy family amongst so many video sample senders.  The crews of the show then move the family out of the house, destroy the house, and then get them back in it after a week—only it is a whole brand new elegant house that the family is going to come home to.  Anyway, the other day, I was watching an episode in which I saw a barn turned into a spacious wonderful bar.  And inside the bar, there is a huge rack of wine.  Each storage stage, of course, was placed with a bottle of wine.  Then and only then I envied that house.

Different wine tangs have been a friend of my sense of taste and I would love to collect lots of it just for the love of it.  But wine collection takes a lot of consideration.  My friend told me that I need first to have a wine rack so as to make my upcoming collection neat and safe.  She advised me to try the racks being sold in The Vine Store.  I checked it and love the variation of wine racks.  They have racks made in wood and metal, mounted and hanging, almost any kind.  I like the wine rack furniture, but I think I will be needing more research in collecting wine and only then will I begin accomplishing my plan.  Ooh, I’m excited!

Looking for cheaper viagra?

I bet citizens of my country could still remember the first time Viagra details came out on every news channel.  The hype was at its maximum level, I believe so.  Is Viagra good?  Is it bad?  Is it morally right?  Or is it just another lazy science discovery?

Being in a Christian country, where priests can act out more effectively as the leaders of the whole nation than the president, Viagra was considered as a no-no for and should not be taken or used by Filipinos.  But of course that was years ago, long time ago.  Today, Viagra is just another pill being patronized by some.

They say a Viagra can make a couple really happy, but can their happiness only be caused by the pill’s effects?  What about the price they literally have to pay for every pill the man has to take?  Cheap Viagra at ilovekamagra.com; that could be the answer for a real happy sexual relationship.  The same effect of long and lasting sexual drive, without spending that much like on other pills.  The site is a generic Viagra supplier and they do not only sell pills, but jellies as well.  For people who feel like it is risky to try cheaper Viagra, think again, because the site offers 100% money back guarantee for unsatisfied customers.

London Parking

As the number of people rises, the number of spaces on earth decreases.

I know that is not much of an intelligible philosophy or theory, but that is just what eats me more and more these days.  You see, I love going out just wherever I feel like to go within the city and I love driving my car to get in that “wherever” place.  But the roads in this country are now more hustling and bustling than ever before.  And what could be worse than that is there are not much left free spaces for you to park your car just when you have just surpassed the jam-packed roads.

In London, the situation is kind of the same, but at least there are parklets being made available in that country.  Parklets are parking spaces, which you can rent and pay for every month or every year.  London Parking is made easy as parklets can be found at the following very accessible places:

Spring Gardens

Whitcomb Street

Newport Place

1 Lancaster Place

Macklin Street

Chicheley Street

Dufours Place

Lincoln’s Inn Fields

West Block

Poland Street

Theed St

Great College Street

Applying in any of these parking space locations is very easy and affordable.  And it will surely eliminate some of your everyday questions and problems such as where to park and how safe is my car here?

On Selling Endowment Policy

March 6, 2008

Endowment policy is a contract of life assurance that will pay an accumulated sum either at the end of the term of payment or after the early death of that person owning the policy.  A lot of people get this kind of policy for a lot of personal and non-personal reasons (which I could not tell all because I just simply do not know them all.)  However, there are also a lot of reasons why one likes to sell his endowment policy (now this I can tell!)  Among those are: if the policy owner is getting a divorce, needs an immediate capital, or moving to a new house.  And in this kind of situation of someone wanting to sell or trade his endowment policy, Endowment Express can certainly help.

We all know that selling an endowment policy is not as easy as selling lemonades in front of one’s house.  It is a legal matter, which is why making use of the services of Endowment Express is very beneficial and important.  The company has not only a lot of connections with legal experts, but with “finding you a policy buyer” specialists as well.  With all these connections, the company can surely provide you a 35% much higher surrender value.  Now that is what you call a good offer!  For people interested in it, visit the company’s website at http://www.endowmentexpress.co.uk

Best Home Security System

Security is one important thing that everyone needs and wants to have.  That could be security in financial aspect, security in divulging personal matters on the internet (such as credit card number,) or even security in relationships.  No one would not want that, for sure.  But being a mother and a full-time homemaker that I am, the security that I am looking for is one that could protect my family and my home from people with ruthless intentions and from distressing accidents that could possibly occur just in any time.  For me and for others who feel the same way, one thing that could give us quite of peace of mind is having a Home Security System.

Have checked out one company called Protectron, which is one of Canada’s largest and top home security system providers.  Their website is www.protectron.com and there I let my home security needs to be analyzed.  It is just like getting a quote on an insurance or even less complicated than that.  I just answered some questions where after I had known what suits my needs best!  Plus, the site has customer service that can be contacted anytime by mail or by phone.  Top quality standards in equipment, and exceptional customer service, nothing more you could ask for with Protectron!

American Gaming Supply

More and more people in this country are learning about, and getting hooked with, playing poker; maybe because of its popularity in other countries such as the United States.  To be honest, I really did not have a single idea of what it is about.  Of course, I was aware that it is being played with cards (because it is what I see on TV when I channel surf the cable) and that it involves betting.  But more than that, I know nothing about poker.

I once saw celebrity poker on TV and I took some minutes to observe the game.  And then I asked my husband about what I had observed.  One thing that he explained to me was the use of poker chips.  Though I know that players do bet in poker, I didn’t know it should be in a form of chips!  Oh well, the internet is always a big help, so I searched in it about poker details and stuff.  I dropped by some websites including americangamingsupply.com, wherein I found poker supplies such as cute poker tables, table tops, and poker chips.  And now we, my husband and I, are actually considering learning more about poker and then eventually buy its stuff.  Anybody who would like to come by our place and play with us—soon?

Always On The Move

March 4, 2008

My beautiful and talented niece, Raquel (or Jay as she is fondly called by the family) is   around town since February 26.  She arrived from San Diego , California with her supportive and hardworking husband, Matt.  This couple is based in San Diego , California and Tahoe , Nevada .  They come here once or twice a year usually for business and related matters. And also bringing the family (mine included) to Subic Bay Yacht Club every year.  But this time around, I heard their visit is for some personal purposes.  They are to scout for a nice resort where they can bring all their friends from the U.S. to celebrate Matt’s birthday here in November. (His actual birthday is August, but it’s typhoon season so they chose to move it to November.)  Aside from looking for a resort, they are also surveying the five star hotels in Makati where their friends can stay whilst in Manila.

I caught Jay on the phone before they left for Coco Beach in Puerto Galera and we haven’t chatted again since.  I just hope I’d get a chance to see them before they leave for the U.S on the 6th of this month.  It’s difficult though, because this couple is always on the move.  But hey, she had mentioned of gathering the girls for an “all girls lunch out at Circle’s in Makati Shang.”  I hope she still can make it.  Miss you na kasi, Jay and Matt!

Best Bar Stools

Here in our house, we have a “counter” that divides the dining area from the kitchen.  It has a lot of purpose as it serves as breakfast table, food preparation area, and kind of a bar (at night when my husband likes to have bonding time with Mr. J. Walker.)  But the stools we use to match the counter area are just cheap plastic ones, because then when the area was still under construction, we did not think that it would be of great use as it is now.  So finally, I am planning to replace those cheap stools.  I have searched the internet for high quality Bar Stools and I found myself checking qualitybarstools.com.

Stools from leading manufacturers being sold at discounted prices fit for anyone’s budget—that is what qualitybarstools.com has to offer.  In the site, I have found a lot of stools to choose from, that is aside from the site’s best sellers and newly arrived ones.  Among their products are metal, wood, and aluminum bar stools.  Shoppers like me could even build their own if they want.  Each product has pictures and prices which made it easier for me to choose for my desired stool.  By the way, I just learned that it is better to order from the site as internet prices are much lower than retail prices.  I think the wood stool will match my counter area, but I still have to check it with my husband and kids.

Cool Gift and Giveaway

March 3, 2008

Are you looking for something to give away on company or family parties and events?  Look no more as this could be the perfect thing!  Custom printed hats.  Aren’t they cool?  It fits everyone and it could go with any kind of wardrobe, anyone would love to have it.  Actually, my husband and I have already used custom printed hats as gifts to his officemates’ children with their own names on each cap.  But those that we gave away then were only made in a local store somewhere here in the city, and it was decades ago, when computers and internet were still not much of a use for us.  Today, with the advent of the internet, this kind of hat is made available online.

One site that I know sells Custom Hats is vistaprint.com.  You can choose from their wide range of designs and patterns or you could even send them your own.  Also, the quantity of order can vary, ranging from one piece to 500.  However, when it comes to its good quality, you can be sure that it will never be at variance.  Aside from high quality, vistaprint.com’s hats have adjustable strap, are available in different colors, and are budget-friendly.  Here are some of their samples:

The TFC "Screwdriver" has arrived!

Uhuh!  Just last night.  Like what I shared in my previous entry, Mamang is kind of a fan of the noontime show, Wowowee, and since she flew from Australia, Elvie gave her the description “created” by that show’s contestants (they sometimes mispronouce TFC Subscriber as TFC Screwdriver.)

Elvie (my sister-in-law), Mamang (my mother-in-law), and I at the airport car park.

Just don’t mind that man in white shirt, he just happens to pass by.

It had been three years since her last visit here in the Philippines.  She is now looking forward to touring Luzon again and visiting her friends and relatives in the northern part.  Of course, we feel the same way!  That’s why we are already fixing a plan so that we can pack our bags and get ready to hit the road!

Event Needs and More

March 2, 2008

Party, festivity, event, whatever we like to call it, we could somehow all agree that almost everyone likes to gather socially.  But coming to an event is much fun than throwing one.  Won’t you agree?  Whether your expected guests would comprise of just a small group or a big one, making any event possible takes a lot of work in preparing the whole thing (not to mention the work in accommodating your guests and in cleaning up after everything is done.)

To take off a little from the work load, the preparation of a desired event could be done with the help from Camelback Displays Inc.  May it be floorings, lighting, table top displays, table cover, or tablecloths Camelback Displays has everything to make an event pleasing and successful.  Go visit it online at www.camelback displays.com and view the things it has to offer.  Also, get to see in the site trade show exhibits, displays, and much more.
