My Quiet Zone

Nose Job

March 27, 2008

If you would have something to be cosmetically enhanced, would you admit it, or not?  I guess, I have come up with that question because I have been watching a lot of television lately and the number of people who go under cosmetic surgery are increasing, especially in show business.  But they just do not want to admit it.  Maybe they want to claim their look as just a natural beauty, I don’t know.

Aside from breast augmentation (which people fondly call as boob job), a lot of people like to undergo nose job rhinoplasty.  There are a lot of things that can be done in a rhinoplasty, such as hump removal, nostril span deduction, nose bridge alteration, and a few more changes.  Here in my country, I think most of nose jobs involve nose bridge alteration.  But whatever kind of nose job or whatever kind of surgery one has undergone, I think there is nothing wrong in admitting it when it is definitely obvious.  Because hey, an “enhanced” person had that big opportunity to be more beautiful that others could never get to have, right?
